Our role
We run the venue and its rules. Venutic does not buy or sell the services traded on it, and does not represent buyers or suppliers. We govern each deal: verifying who can take part, setting the standard brief, checking every offer against each side's limits, routing approvals and keeping the record through to delivery.
How we earn
We only earn when you win work. Venutic is free for buyers. Suppliers pay a fee only when a deal completes.
Why we're building it
AI agents are starting to buy on behalf of organisations, but most suppliers are still represented by price lists and PDFs. Value appears when agents on both sides can negotiate, and that needs a neutral place with clear rules. We're starting with cyber security and assurance for UK businesses, where recognised standards make like-for-like comparison possible. Today people act on both sides. As AI agents arrive, they will need the same controls, and Venutic is built so they can use them.
