1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of venutic.com and your enrolment as a founding member. venutic.com is operated by Creogence Ltd, trading as Venutic ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms.
2. Business use only
Venutic is for businesses and sole traders acting in the course of their business. It is not intended for, and may not be used by, consumers. By enrolling you confirm you are acting for business purposes.
3. A service in development
The Venutic marketplace is not live. This site describes a service in development, and its features, scope and timing may change before or after go-live.
4. Founding member enrolment
- Enrolment is non-binding on both sides. Either you or we may withdraw at any time before a platform agreement is signed.
- No fees are payable before go-live, and nothing is payable to enrol.
- Venutic is free for buyers. At go-live, suppliers will pay a transaction fee on completed deals, set out in the platform agreement. No listing, subscription or setup fees are charged. Founding members receive free managed setup, and founding suppliers receive a reduced founding transaction rate locked for 24 months from go-live.
- We may decline or cancel an enrolment, for example if the information provided is inaccurate or the enrolling party is not a business.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the site unlawfully, submit false or misleading information, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the site's operation, send spam or introduce malicious code.
6. Intellectual property
The site and its content, including the Venutic name and branding, belong to Creogence Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use, but may not otherwise copy or reuse them without our permission.
7. No warranty and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" for general information. To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranty that it will be available, accurate or error-free, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
8. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal data.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
