Fees & Refund Policy

1. No fees today

Venutic does not currently charge any fees. Nothing is payable to enrol as a founding member.

2. Fees at go-live

Venutic is free for buyers. At go-live, suppliers will pay a transaction fee on completed deals, set out in the platform agreement. No listing, subscription or setup fees are charged. Self-serve setup is free for everyone.

3. Founding members

Founding members receive free managed setup, and founding suppliers receive a reduced founding transaction rate locked for 24 months from go-live. Founding rates are only available to organisations enrolled before go-live.

4. Refunds and disputes

Refunds and disputes will be handled under the platform agreement. As no fees are currently charged, no refunds arise at this stage.

5. Business customers only

Venutic is for business customers only and is not available to consumers.
